Shipping & Returns
At Wicked Sweets, we want you to enjoy every treat you purchase from us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides you with guarantees that our products must be of acceptable quality, safe, match their description, and be fit for purpose.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (confectionery/food items), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if the packaging has been opened. This is for health and safety reasons.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair (where applicable).
Examples of this include:
- Products received in damaged or spoiled condition
- Items supplied incorrectly (wrong product sent)
- Products that are not as described
Timeframe for Returns
You must notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Make a Return

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We may request that the product be returned for assessment.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
If the product is found to be faulty or not as described, Wicked Sweets will cover the cost of return shipping (if required).
